Thanks Morgan. I remember some years ago trying to explain the interior journey to a very fit young fitness instructor. I don't know how successful I was, but I hope he at least got a hint!

Thanks Jim! Well done for communicating this important message! Lao Tzu says something like "my words are easy to understand, but who can put them into practice?" The interior journey begins by looking within but modern life is designed to keep people seeking (and purchasing) answers outside of themselves, answers which never satisfy. Even disconnecting from virtual environments for a set period each day and just being bored is a start. The mind will naturally turn inwards and become contemplative when not in a state of constant distraction and that can serve as a portal to the inner journey. I have three boys and fight the good fight every day :)

Yet no man under heaven knows them or practices them." Tao Teh Ching 70
