Happy weekend from the Tarawarra Abbey monastery where I’m currently on retreat. The excerpt in image #2 is from William of St.Thierry (12th century) from his Golden Epistle, a book of advice to novice monks.

Monasteries the world over can be very welcoming to outsiders, offer accommodation and meals and often have spectacular grounds :)
